Yuva Career Club: Constitution Awareness Prashnamanjusha and Digital Learning

Yuva Career Club (YCC) has conducted a Constitution Awareness Prashnamanjusha that combined online education, student participation, and digital assessment. The initiative forms part of YCC’s wider work in education, career guidance, competitive examinations, digital learning, and skill development.

Yuva Career Club was established in Nagpur, Maharashtra, on 1 January 2015, with a focus on providing students and young people with information and guidance related to education, employment, and careers.

Constitution Awareness Through Digital Education

The Constitution Awareness Prashnamanjusha was conducted in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra. Approximately 17,000 students participated in the programme.

Students received online education and guidance related to the Constitution before participating in a Constitution-based quiz. This created a learning process in which students could first study the subject and subsequently demonstrate their understanding through an assessment.

The programme illustrates how digital platforms can be used to combine educational content with student participation.

Online Learning and Assessment

A key aspect of the programme was its digital assessment component. Students participated in an online Constitution-based quiz after receiving educational guidance.

The programme also incorporated AI-based proctored examination technology as part of its digital assessment process. This demonstrates the use of technology in an educational programme involving a large number of participating students.

For YCC, digital assessment is also part of a broader digital learning approach that includes online classes, study materials, notes, practice papers, doubt-solving support, and online practice examinations.

Connecting Education With Student Development

The Constitution Awareness Prashnamanjusha represents an educational activity beyond conventional competitive examination preparation. It provided students with an opportunity to learn about the Constitution through an organised digital programme.

The Constitution Awareness Prashnamanjusha demonstrates how educational content, online learning, student participation, and digital assessment can be brought together within a single programme.

Alongside its Constitution awareness activities, YCC continues to work across education, employment information, military recruitment guidance, skill development, competitive examination preparation, and digital learning.

Its stated objective is to expand digital education, career guidance, employment, and skill development initiatives across all states of India by 2027.
